Well hello!
My name is Nicole. I am a wife and mother that is feeling a little out of place here at University.I am doing Arts this year because I was too late with my enrollment into Primary Education. Hopefully next year I will be able to transfer.
I have worked in childcare for 7 years, as a PA at Education Queensland for 3 years and till last year I worked in community development as a researcher and a parent support worker for schools in the Northern Gold Coast.I have 2 children. My daughter Cassel is 9 and my son Kienan is 7. They are finding it very funny that there mum is going to school as well. On my first day of uni my son told me "have fun and make sure you keep out of trouble!". I think I have followed these instructions well.
I am finding it hard to write much more that will introduce myself so I think I will end on this note.
I am looking forward to this course and what I will learn from it.
